Ever hear the saying, “mind the gap?” It’s a phrase that originated in London and pertained to the the gap between people on the subway platform and getting hit by the oncoming train.

That is one physical example of the gap…but I bet there is a gap in your life. Today We are going to take that leap and begin to bridge the gap between where you ARE and where you want to BE in your life.

3. Journal Entry: Write about one experience in your past when there was a gap between where you were, where you wanted to be and how you bridged that gap. What strategy did you use? How did it work, and will you use that strategy in the future? Is there a better strategy?
